No. You can start recording right now without signing up. Creating an account lets you save recordings and access them later.
Your raw recording stays in your browser until you export. When you hit export, the video is sent to our servers for rendering with your zoom/blur/cut effects baked in. The rendered MP4 is available for download and we delete it from our servers after 24 hours.
